MARS is  the  latest  addition to  ATN's line of night vision weapon sights. The sight comes in two configurations with 4x and 6x magnification. Due to certain limitations of night vision technology, the 6x power is the maximum recommended magnification for night sights. The completely new design features a one-piece body construction for added reliability and ruggedness.  It is also features exposed windage and elevation turrets and a red illuminated Mil-Dot reticle. Just as most high-performance sights, it has a parallax adjustment/focusing knob. All optical lenses on the MARS sight are individually fitted and calibrated to achive optimum performance.  To prevent shooter’s position exposure, the sight is not equipped with infrared illuminator, however there is a weaver base for mounting a removable infrared illuminator or a laser.  The MARS sight is covered by limited lifetime warranty.
