It has a powerful 220 lumen halogen lamp which is protected by a triple anti-shock spring system from accidental drops and from the repeated recoil of large caliber weapons. The Javelin J169W tactical flashlight is designed for any kind of environment or circumstance including EMS, SWAT team and military duty. The modular bezel can be used as an attacking bezel by law enforcement personnel working in close quarters or as a defensive tool. It can also be used as a powerful defensive flashlight: In a dark environment, an assailant will experience approximately 10 seconds of transient blindness when the 220 lumens beam is projected directly into their field of vision.
