Privacy & Security
We realize the importance of your privacy and therefore, we do not sell or exchange your information with anyone.  Your on-line credit card orders are processed through our website with a secure socket layer that uses state-of-the-art security technology to protect your sensitive information.  We do not keep your credit card information on file.  We also encourage you to order on-line becauses it is completely safe and secure.  Or, if you would prefer, please call us at 1-800-561-2345 to place your order over the telephone.

 

Ordering & Payment Methods for State and Federal Clients

We accept purchase orders and contracts directly or through the CCR system. Standard payment terms are "Net 30."  However, we gladly accept Government-issued Purchase Cards (GPCs), ACH deposits and checks.

 

Payment Methods - Private Individuals/Companies

Qualified orders from private individual and companies can be paid with major credit cards, personal or company checks, certified (cashiers) checks or via wire transfer directly to our bank account.  We do not accept purchase orders or grant "Net 30" terms to private individuals or companies unless the order is made on behalf of Federal or State government entities and is accompanied with written authorization. Please email (support@nightvisionweb.com) or call us toll-free at 1-800-561-2345 for payment information details.  Also, note that all orders/transactions are subject to funds availability.  It may take anywhere from 24 hours to five business days for the funds to clear.  Please be patient.  We carefully track all payments and will immediately ship your products once the funds have cleared.

We highly value all of our customers, however, due to the sensitive nature of the products we sell, all orders are subject to an initial order prequalification.  This limits our liability and protects the general public, law enforcement officers and active military personnel.  Therefore, at our discretion, we reserve the right to refuse any sale or service.

 

Return policy - State and Federal Clients

To our Federal and State clients we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee period.  If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations we will replace it.  If we are unable to offer the replacement, we will take it back.  It's that simple.  If the product is faulty, malfunctions or is "Dead On Arrival" (DOA), it is subject to the terms of our warranty.

We have been in business for almost a decade and value our relationships with our commercial clients.  Our customers readily recommend our products to their friends or colleagues.  All of our products are of the highest quality and are specifically designed for professional and military applications.  As such, they come with all the appropriate paperwork to prove origin and performance specifications.  Therefore, our return policy is firm but fair and straightforward.  Please do your research and learn about the capability of night vision devices, what they are designed for and what they can or cannot do for you. You are welcome to call our knowledgable sales staff and they will be more than happy to assist you.  Please read our return policy below.  By ordering from us you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

 

Return Policy 

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days for refund, exchange or upgrade. Please note that the 15-day grace period begins from the time you receive the purchase and ends when you give the package to the forwarder.  Call us to arrange for a return.  We will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Packages without an RMA will be rejected and sent back to the sender. You will then incur additional shipping costs to send it back a second time and we will not reimburse for those charges.  An RMA number does not guarantee a refund.  By issuing an RMA number we agree to inspect the merchandise and resolve the matter according to the terms and conditions set forth below:  

 

•   We charge a 25% restocking fee on all returns/refunds.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

•   There is NO restocking fee on warranty related exchanges or

    product upgrades for devices of the same or equal value.

•   Declined free exchange/replacement of the faulty merchandise or incorrectly filled

    order will be treated as a regular return and a restocking fee will be assessed.  NO

    EXCEPTIONS!

•   All upgrades should be completed within 30 days after you receive your order. We

    won't do more then 2 upgrades per client. 

•   We can only replace, upgrade or issue the credit for the units that were returned in

    the original condition and packaging.

•   We reserve the right to send damaged, misused, abused and obviously used

    merchandise back to the customer.

•   RMA number is valid for 15 days.

•   The returned merchandise must be received in our warehouse no later then 15 days

    from the date the RMA# was issued.

•   Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs associated with returning

    the merchandise for refund, upgrade or exchange.

•   In the case of an incorrectly filled order we’ll make shipping arrangements to send the

    merchandise back to us.

•   Shipping charges are not refundable.

•   Returns past 15 days WILL NOT be accepted at all.

•   ALL CLEARANCE ITEM SALES, SPECIAL ORDER SALES OR CUSTOM MADE UNIT

    SALES ARE FINAL!

 

Shipping

Standard shipping is UPS Ground. To expedite delivery we can ship 3rd Day, 2nd Day or Next Day.  Other shipping methods are available per your request.  Please call us for details.

 

Warranty

All of our products are covered by a limited 12-month  warranty (except clearance items). If the product malfunctions within 12 months of the delivery date, we will replace it.  Should you have any problems please contact us and we'll try to help you. Even though, our products are rugged and built to strict military specifications, they are highly sensitive electro-optical devices and should be treated as such. The warranty does not cover accidental drops, abuse and other similar types of mishaps. You are purchasing expensive, professional equipment.  Therefore, we assume you know how to use it!  The warranty does not cover misuse. 

 

EXPORT/International Shipping
Exportation of night vision equipment is strictly regulated by the Department of State and the Department of Commerce.  We will not export or assist in exportation, either directly or indirectly, without a licence from the appropriate licensing body. The exporting  of night vision equipment is strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State or the Office of Defense Trade Controls, in accordance with International Traffic in Arms (ITAR), Title 22, Code of Federal Regulations Part 120-130, and/or other U.S. government entities.
